Lunch guests will enjoy time in the Rivian showroom, a hands-on vehicle tour, as well as a delicious meal featuring the best of the season’s produce, a salad demo, and an opportunity to talk all things edible gardens with Ashley Irene.

• Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad with Dates + Hazelnuts
• Everyday Bistro Salad with Winter Citrus + Garlic Dijon Vinaigrette
• Roasted Sweet Potato Hummus with Thyme + Rosemary
• Butternut Squash Soup with Crispy Sage

Participants will receive a special gift, a shopping list, and luncheon recipes to create their own healthy, seasonal meal at home.
